Two forms of submission are available. A long abstract of 400-600 words is required if you choose to present in an oral or poster session only,or a proceedings paper of no more than 3,000 - 5000 words must be submitted if you choose to participate in a contest for prize.
Detailed requirements for both oral and poster presentations will be announced in the second circular call for papers.
Each oral presentation will be allocated 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. All speakers should be in the session room 15 minutes before the session begins to meet with the session chair and upload their presentation to the computer in the room. The speaker should check if his/her presentation materials work properly for presentation. Each presentation room is equipped with a laptop computer, a video projector, and a pointing device. The software required for presentations, such as Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Internet Explorer, and Windows Media Player, will be in place on the computer. The usage of personal laptop computers is discouraged to ensure a smooth flow of the session. Speakers are recommended to use equipment provided in the session room.
Poster presentation is a good option if your research outcomes can easily be communicated visually. Posters are exhibited for informal browsing with opportunities for individual discussion with poster authors. Each presentation should make a clear, coherent statement. Both textual and visual materials included in your poster should be of professional quality and be clearly legible from a distance of 1.5m. Graphic materials will be displayed on space provided by the conference committee. Each poster should not be larger than 1.2m x 1.2m in size.
